All About Me

     I would like to take just a moment to tell you about myself and some of my background. I was born and raised in southern Alberta. I have six sisters and NO brothers. Yes, my father was always told he was raising "princess'" since my maiden name is Prince.

     I have been married to my sweetheart for 35 years and have had many great adventures. We have four children, two boys and two girls. There are 13 grandchildren with number 14 on the way. Of those grandchildren the oldest is nine so, yes, life keeps us very busy. Along with those grandchildren I love to read, craft, sew, and have a clean home.

    I earned an Associate Degree from BYU-Idaho in Home Economics. I then continued on to BYU to complete my Bachelors in Elementary Education. Since that time I completed an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. From there I continued on to the U of U to earn a Masters in Teaching and Learning. Sometimes I think I want my PhD but have not gotten that strong desire to do so yet.

     I enjoy teaching and watching children get the learning "bug". I do have high expectations for all my students and am willing to help them along he "learning path" to help each one become successful.
